Olakunle Oladipo
Lead Consultant
Olakunle Oladipo, the Lead Consultant has been working in the field of evaluation for over 15 years, during which time he has gained experience working across a variety of local, national, and international projects in fields such as infrastructure, social assistance, education, public health, agriculture, flood management and many more. He has worked with a range of organizations, including the World Bank, the United Nations Development Project, United Nations Operations and Project Services (UNOPS), the United Nations International Policy Centre for Inclusive Growth, African Development Bank (AfDB) etc. He is a Member of International Association of Public Participation, Vice President Independent Consultant Community of Interest and other volunteering activities.
Ibiyemi (Ibi) Arowolo Ph.D
Consultant
Ibiyemi (Ibi) Arowolo Ph.D. is a Consultant on the Team. She is a graduate of Psychology from Nottingham Trent University, United Kingdom. Her background includes many years of teaching, research, mentoring, hands-on and managerial experience in providing life skills and support services to faculty, young individuals, students as well as individuals that are psychologically vulnerable. Ibi has experience doing research using mixed approaches, particularly qualitative methods. Her areas of research interests are the science of teaching and learning, Clinical Psychology topics, Acquired brain Injury and Mood disorders. Ibi is currently an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at the University of Winnipeg and previously an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Providence University College. She is also a review editor at Frontiers in Psychiatry- Psychological Therapies.
Adebukola Oladipo
Human Resources Consultant
Adebukola Oladipo is a results-driven human resources professional and instructional support specialist with over eight years of experience in performance management, staff training, and organizational development. She brings a strong academic foundation, including a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management, complemented by hands-on expertise in capacity building, instructional learning, and client support. Adebukola has a proven ability to design and implement effective performance systems, enhance employee engagement, and foster productive workplace relationships, making her a valuable asset to both educational and corporate environments.
Her ongoing role as a Human Resources Consultant at Always Ahead Consulting highlights her strength in recruitment, onboarding, and organizational operations, with measurable success in improving client performance outcomes. Known for her strong research, managerial, and relationship-building skills, Adebukola is passionate about empowering individuals and organizations to achieve excellence through structured development and continuous learning.
